Wi-Fi, power or water not working

For any issue with the Wi-Fi, the electricity or the water (including hot water), contact the agency directly: we'll take care of it.

The air conditioning

The trullo stays naturally cool thanks to its historic walls. Use the AC only when needed, during the hottest hours, with doors and windows closed. If a unit won't start, check the remote's batteries.

The Glass Cube and the wind

When open, always secure the doors with the dedicated stoppers. Close them gently and never let the wind slam them: they're large, delicate doors. In strong wind, best to keep them closed.

A question about the pool

The pool is not supervised: please take care, especially with children and guests who aren't strong swimmers. For any issue (water, cleaning, equipment) just message us.

How do I use the BBQ?

You'll find the tools on top of the BBQ. Never leave it unattended while in use and turn it off completely afterwards. Please leave it clean.

Where do I put the rubbish?

Waste sorting is required. The bins are behind the low wall next to the pool; the full guide with the CAM's address and hours is on the Waste page.
