Seven days planned by us: the most beautiful sea, the white villages, one fine-dining evening and the estate's slow rhythm. One beach a day, one table an evening.
Day 1 Arrival & first taste
Afternoon
Check-in from 3 PM, take the house and pool slowly. First shop: Bottega Italiana in Ostuni or Lanzillotti dairy for fresh burrata.

Day
Torre Guaceto: the most beautiful beach around, a protected reserve. Arrive early, bring an umbrella and water. Light lunch back at the estate.

Day 4 Itria Valley & the fornello
Morning
Locorotondo and Martina Franca: flowered balconies and baroque. Tasting at I Pastini (book ahead).

Fornello pronto at Zio Pietro: pick bombette and sausages from the counter, grilled on the spot.

Day
A day at the estate: pool, BBQ, a book under the olive trees. In the afternoon, visit Masseria Brancati's mill among millenary olives.

A long breakfast, last photos among the olive trees, check-out by 10 AM. A bottle of our oil in your suitcase to take Puglia home.
